Read of the Week

The most important thing we can do as historians is to read, research and develop our own conclusions about history. Every lens that history can be viewed through is skewed in some way, subjective and prejudiced based on the experiences of the person interpreting the material. So I encourage you to interpret the sources on your own; on this page you will have access to short book reviews and recommended reads from me. These reviews cover all genres of literature from primary source documents and books to novels on Tudor history.

    I have read at least five of these books, and I have The Tudors by Myer in my bookshelf. I will definitely look up some of these on goodreads!
